Vector Web
I saw this at Tech Crunch -- it is a vector based web page maker -- you know vectors -- X,Y & the important into/outof the page Z -- which allows for overlayed animated graphics.

Site is still beta -- many bugs -- but very cool.
It would be cool if they added a randomizer each time a page was generated.
